Shipments:

Shipments can be lodged by both the customer, and the Transport Company. Active shipments are displayed to allow the customer or the admin to view the shipments, or create pro-forma invoices based upon the shipments. Admins also have the ability to edit the shipment, enabling them to add POD (Proof of Delivery) information, change the status, or add notes. Shipments can also be searched, either by AWB number, Consignee Name, or by Postcode.

Reports can be generated on a day by day basis to show shipments that have been completed for each customer. The customer sees their shipments, while the admin sees all shipments for all customers.

Pro-Forma Invoicing

Once a shipment has been lodged (directly, or via a collection booking) the customer is then able to create a Pro-Forma Invoice directly from the shipment list. A Pro-Forma Invoice can be created with the click of a button, and entry of the shipment details.

Once a Pro-Forma has been created for the shipment, the icon changes to a printer, allowing the Customer to print the Invoice to sign, and include with the shipment documentation. Admins can also print the Invoices once created should they need them for reference, or record keeping.

News System:

The application includes a full featured news system, allowing you to keep your users informed with important information that appears as soon as they log in. Admin users can post news articles with view options, so you can state whether the news item can be seen by all site visitors, or only to those that are logged in to the application. Admins have a delete button on the news posts, allowing them to delete individual news articles as the information becomes obsolete.
